Many times we find ourselves with worries that overwhelm us at times. The biggest fear that we experience is not being in control of our lives, ourselves and ultimately our destiny in life. Things happen for a reason and they happen to us each and every single day. These things test our characters, build our strengths and our ability to bounce back by surviving it all. It's not so much about survival but more so how we weather that storm determines our future and makes us better people. See below on just a few ways to remain calm throughout the storm.

  • Patience
  • Relaxation
  • Motivation
  • Determination
  1. Step 1

    No matter what situation develops it could be bankruptcy, great debt or even if your child cut his/her finger please remain calm at all times and be patient. There is nothing more chaotic when everyone is reacting to the same thing in the same way. Sometimes there has to be a level headed individual to calm the waters and sort things out rationally.

  2. Step 2

    No matter how down you feel during that particular crisis relax yourself and motivate yourself to keep going strong. Motivate yourself to awaken each morning and try again. Motivate yourself not to let others deter you and take you off the positive road that leads to the negative one.

  3. Step 3

    Grab hold of that determination that says nothing is impossible! Be determined to get through this storm in order to see another sunny day. Be determined to wake up in the morning to new prospects and opportunities giving room for new results. Be determined to put aside all of the negative comments/remarks and walk along the paths of possibility.

Tips & Warnings
  • There is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel; patience is a virtue.
  • Storms don't last always.
  • BE BLESSED!
  • If you are feeling so depressed that you are having suicidal thoughts, please seek attention immediately!!!
