Chill your glasses in the refrigerator. Remove the glasses when you are ready to make your creamsicle floats.

Put one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a chilled glass. The amount depends on your personal taste.

Slowly pour in the orange soda. It will foam up, so go easy. Insert your straw and enjoy!

A dollop of whipping cream really make this a special treat!
For a low-calorie version, use orange sherbet instead of ice cream.
