Things You'll Need:
- At least an 1-month valid passport
- 2 photos (2x2 in size)
- Account at one of these banks: Paypal, Xoom, Western Union

Step 1
You access on a Vietnam Visa Service online and fill in the application form. You send it to them via e-mail and wait for their response. It takes you only several minutes to fill the secure online form.

Step 2
You will get the confirmation from the Visa Service saying that they received you form and request for payment. In this step, please remember to read over the payment guidelines as it is only consisted of service fee (without stamping fee). You pay the fee via one of these third parties: Xoom, PayPal, Western Union and wait for the Approval Letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department or a Visa Code in 2 days.

Step 3
You will get your visa code (if you apply for a visa code) or Visa Approval Letter (if you apply for a visa on arrival) after 2 working days (for normal services).
For a visa code, you have to wait for 1 or 2 days more for the Immigration Department to fax your information to the Embassy.
For a visa on arrival, right after receiving your Approval Letter, please print and keep it carefully. -
Step 4
For a visa code, you take your visa code and your passport to the Vietnamese Embassy to get the stamped visa on to your passport. Afterward, you pay the fee directly to the in-charged officers. There are three Vietnamese Embassies in Russia, which locate in Moscow, Karla Libknhesta and Vladivostok.
For a visa on arrival, you bring your approval letter with it to the arrival airport to get your visa stamped on your passport. You will be required to fill in the visa form, attach photos and pay the stamping fee to the Immigration officers there.
