How to Get Medicine on Viva Pinatas
Viva Pinata is an incredibly fun game that allows you to grow gardens to attract and house many different types of incredible living pinatas. One of the most useful items in the game is Medicine, which can be used for Soura Crowla Residents, Fizzlybear Romance, and to change the color of many of your pinatas to pink. Medicine is not an item found in the game world; it must be tinkered from honey.

Obtain some honey. This can be done by buying it from Costolot's General store or by building a honey hive for your bee pinatas, the Buzzlegums.

Bring the honey to Bart's Exchange. This shop is located in the village. Bart is a orange-skinned, blue-lipped character with sandals and a large hat.

Buy tinker tickets from Bart. Each ticket has a different chance of successfully tinkering your honey into medicine. Bronze has a 1 in 4 chance. Silver will work half the time, and gold tickets always turn honey into medicine.

Use the tickets to transform your honey into medicine.

You can now use your honey for quests and requirements. You can also use it to turn Barkbark, Buzzenge, Buzzlegum, Cluckles, Fourheads, Kittyfloss, Roario, Swanana, Sweetooth, Syrupent, or Twingersnap pink by feeding it to them.

Tips & Warnings
Bart can also transform many other items, including: Apple, Banana, Blackberry, Bread, Carrot, Corn, Gem, Monkeynut, Pumpkin, Milk, and Toadstool
If you buy bronze and silver tickets, keep in mind that you will lose your item if the transformation doesn't work.
