Instructions

    • 1

Start by making sure that you are wearing pants and a long sleeve shirt. This will cut down your chance of getting stung if you do a poor job of eliminating the nest.

    • 2

Then either run out to the store or buy online (see under "resources) some Raid Wasp and Hornet Killer. If you can, it is always a good idea to find the projectile can that will shoot the spray 15-20 feet

    • 3

The next step is to locate the wasp nest. While some wasp nests are blatant and easy to see, others can be located underneath the ground, 15 feet up in a tree, or even in a crack of your house. Find the center of the wasp activity and then prepare to spray it

    • 4

Spray all over the nest, making sure not to miss any spots, and then back away. You will have to wait another day and then check the nest again. If there is still wasp activity around the nest, spray the nest again. Keep repeating this process daily until there is no more activity around the nest

    • 5

After you have killed all of the wasps, take a broom handle or a different kind of pole and knock the wasps nest down. Put it in a trash bag and dispose of it.

    • 6

The wasps should now be all gone

Tips & Warnings

  • With the Raid projectile spray, you shouldn't have to come within 15 feet of the nest until all the wasps are dead
