Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
  • 1/2 cup of sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
  • 5 firm bananas cut into slices and quartered
  • 1 can ginger ale or diet if you prefer
  • fresh strawberries or maraschino cherries
  • 3 ounce paper cups
  • popsicle sticks
  1. Step 1

    If you are looking for a cool treat for your kids that is good for them also then try these frozen pops. These are also tasty. Remember that you have to do this in advance they that they will be frozen in time. In large bowl combine the pineapple, water, orange juice, lemonade, and sugar. After you have all of these combined you will stir in the bananas and ginger ale.

  2. Step 2

    Next you will place a cherry or strawberry in one of your 3 cups. Fill with your mixture and insert one of your wooden sticks. This will make 24 of these frozen treats. You will then need to cover and freeze until frozen.

  3. Step 3

    You can freeze can refreeze the concentrate that you did not use in a resealable plastic bag. Then you can use this at another time. This is a wonderful summertime treat that taste good and is good for you too.
