    Don't pull your hair out

You do not need to pull your hair out. Simply, breathe. Studies reveal that deep breathing will relieve stress and anxiety. Inhale slowly and then exhale slowly. Do this for twenty minutes every day, and you will realize that your stress levels are lowered.

  2. Step 2

Exercise, exercise, and exercise. This is the best way to increase those endorphins and cure work related stress. Do twenty minutes of vigorous cardiovascular exercise. Exercise before or after work.

  3. Step 3

Stay away from negativity. People that complain about work and everything else are energy zappers. These people will add to your stress. Find a support group of people that are positive. If you are surrounded with energetic and motivated people, then this will influence your mood. Also, when you are around positive energy, your mind switches to problem solving mode, and not victim mode, which can create a lot of stress.

Tips & Warnings
  • Find a support system...a group of people that will help to motivate and inspire you.
  • Before starting an exercise regimen, check with your doctor if you have health concerns.
