Things You'll Need:

Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook and click on "File" at the top left corner, then select "Import/Export..." from the drop down list.
(This will initiate a dialog box) -
Step 2
At the top of the list, select "Export to a file, then click "Next".

Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)", then select "Next".

Step 4
In the "Outlook Tree" select which folder you would like to Export.
For this step, choose the Contacts folder.
(If there is a "+" sign next to the Contacts folder, this means there are sub-folders to choose as well) -
Step 5
Select "Next".
Now specify where you would like to export the Contact file by clicking the "Browse" button to the right of the destination. -
Step 6
Once the destination is selected, click "Next", then click "Finish".

Step 7
When you are ready to send an email to your colleague, attach the exported file and click "Send".

Congratulations!
