How many pounds are you away from looking like this?

Want to lose 5 pounds in one week without crazy dieting or religiously exercising? How about 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Follow these tips below and you'll be looking slimmer and sexier in no time!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Access to a cardio machine
  1. Step 1

Cut out the "white carbs." This includes white bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes. Remember you're only doing this a week (or 2 weeks) so make sure you don't break this rule. So, if you're used to having eggs and toast every morning, just cut out the toast. If you're craving an egg salad sandwich, turn it into egg salad instead. If you're wanting peanut butter and crackers, switch it up to celery and peanut butter. This little changes will help you drop weight fast.

  2. Step 2

Drink only water and coffee. No beer, smoothies, soda, or fruit drinks. What you're avoiding here is "drinking your calories" because you have a limited amount of calories you should be taking in everyday. Why waste 150 calories on a drink when you'll be hungry later? Also, drinking water will help boost your metabolism and flush out your toxins. It'll also help you feel fuller faster. As for coffee, trade in the cream for skim milk. Avoid diet sodas too because they dehydrate you and make you hungry later.

  3. Step 3

Have sex every night. No, I'm not advocating finding a new sex partner every night ;) but if you're in a steady relationship, get it on every night for a week. Get on top and ride him. No laying on your back without moving. Riding will help burn calories as you're working more of your muscles.

  4. Step 4

Use a cardio machine (elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike) for 30 minutes 4 days this week. This is just enough to really get your heart rate up as well as tone up the rest of your body. I'm not telling you to work out 3 hours everyday, just 30 minutes a few days a week!

  5. Step 5

Cut out dessert. If you usually have a cookie a day or a piece of cake a couple days a week, avoid it for a week. Skip dessert and your body (and your appetite) will hardly notice.

on 11/22/2009 Emohottie--a good alternative to sex every night is just to follow the rest of these steps religiously. Also, avoid alcohol (if you drink) and also avoid fast and processed foods.

on 11/1/2009 Great advice on losing 5 pounds in a week. And you don't necessarily need a cardio machine to do cardio. You can always walk jog or run around your neighborhood or park, or do a video. 5*, recommended

on 10/14/2009 All of the above steps are right on! Ladies (or Gentlemen) getting on top not only burns a lot more calories.. it might make your partner enjoy you more! Tips: Squeeze your gluts if he's entering from behind, tighten your abs if your riding and have him sit on a chair while you straddle him and do squats!! Stop going out to eat with him too...

Good foods:
Kashi
Skim Milk products
Frozen Yogurt
Grilled chicken
Fruit Smoothies
Beans
Eggs

Good LUCK!!
