Learn techniques for coping with anxiety.
Relaxation, preparation and practice, mental reharsal, deep breathing, and positive thinking are all healthy ways for dealing with anxiety. -
Step 3
Relax. Relaxation is a form of relief from effort or strain. Put aside a half an hour of your day to yourself. Shut off your cell phone, and eliminate any potential forms of communication. Lay down and listen to soothing music and clear your mind. Do this at least once a day.

Change the way you are thinking. If you eliminate negative thinking, it will improve your mood.
