Step 1
Photo by: Elisabetta AjHit the local Farmer's Market. Most towns have a local Farmer's Market at least once a week. Find out if your town does and visit it. Buy some local honey. Local honey is honey produced in your general area. This means that the pollen the bees are collecting are from vegetation in your area. A teaspoon of local honey, taken several times a day, can build up your resistance to local allergens. While it won't relieve your symptoms immediately, it will provide the building blocks your body needs to naturally combat the allergen in the future.

Step 2
Photo by: Dominic MorelPick up some vitamins. Certain vitamins can be a natural remedy for relieving allergies. Take 100mg of vitamin B5 once a day to help relieve the symptoms of allergies. Vitamin E has been known to be effective in symptom relief as well. Swallow 400mg of vitamin E once a day for a month to a month and a half. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. It also contains anti-allergen properties that many have found helpful.

Step 3
Photo by: Vera ReisJuice it up. Mix 1 part beet juice, 1 part cucumber juice and 3 parts carrot juice to make a half liter mixed drink (non-alcoholic). Drink this mixture once a day to help with allergy symptoms. While this mixture should help relieve your misery, it also contains a ton of antioxidants and vitamins that will help to improve your immunity and over all health.

Step 4
Photo by: Robbie Owen-WahlGive it a squeeze. Squeeze half a lime into a glass of warm water. Add a teaspoon of local honey for sweetener. Have this tasty drink with your breakfast each morning as a natural remedy for allergy relief. Lime is anti-toxic and will cleanse the body of toxins. However, it also possesses anti-allergenic properties that can help relieve your symptoms.

Step 5
Image by: Miamiamia (sxc.hu/profile/miamiamia)Chill out. Stress is a contributing factor to many health problems, even allergies. Exercise, try meditation, or breathing exercises to keep your stress levels low. When your upset, your body is wasting a lot of its resources on fighting the mental block. Those resources would be better spent naturally combating allergens that attack your system. Besides, meditation and exercise have many other profound benefits for your overall health.
