How to Shrink Waist Size through tips for every day life
This article is written to mainly help people who are moderately fit but just wanted to trim their waist line further. (If you are over all heavy, then any type of aerobic exercise should help in reducing your waist and your body as a whole.) Tips below has helped me to maintain a 23'' waist.

Try to sit tall - if your work requires sitting all day at a desk then try to sit straight up at a 90 degree angle. By sitting straight up, you are actually putting your abb and lower back mussel to work since it has to sustain the up right position.

Again for office workers - Try to take breaks and walk around (minimize sitting time). take the stairs instead of elevators. Maybe spending your lunch break in the gym or a breeze walk outside of the office isn't a bad idea (eat lunch before or afterwards at your desk).

Heavier hula-hoops for 15mins a day - you can even do it at home while watching TV

flex your abdominal by sucking in the tummy and then releasing it - you can do it anywhere and any time, sitting or standing...even in the car (not recommended when the car's moving though :).

Drink Tea - helps in reducing appetite before meals

Do not over eat or over-drink! once in a while is okay...but frequent big meals will definitely expand your waist. Try to have smaller and more frequent meals through out the day.
