Things You'll Need:
- a handful of milk
- a spoonful of light or non-fat yogurt, any variety
- a spoonful or two(depending on how much you like it)of peanut butter
- two ice cubes
- one banana
- granola
- a grinder or blender

Step 1
First get out the blender or grinder and plug it in. Make sure to not electrocute yourself, be careful!

Step 2
Then put all of the ingredients in, it does not matter in which order. Do not worry about how much of each thing you put in, you have to experiment a few times to get it exactly how you like it.

Step 3
Now blend it all together, for a longer time if you like it smooth, but if you want it chunkier, not so long.

Step 4
Last step is to put the mixture into a cool cup(or bowl):), add a layer of granola(and/or more fruit) to the top, and enjoy! You may even want to add a little umbrella, to make it a little more tropical;)
