Things You'll Need:
- computer
- internet access
-
Step 1
Old camera? Sell it!Sell everything you can on Craigslist. Old cameras, old phones, the cords that go with them, unused computer programs. Look through storage for any old mattresses, tables, etc.
-
Step 2
If you have any childcare experience, create a profile on a Care.com or a similar website. Make sure to specify that you are available for "On Call" jobs--very last minute work.
-
Step 3
Start typing up eHow articles. It's slow but you'll have more money next month.
-
Step 4
If any of your friends are still in school, ask them if they need any papers edited for a price.
-
Step 5
Post an ad on Craigslist advertising whatever odd-job skills you're comfortable with. For example, housekeeping, moving boxes, laundry, etc. Pretty demeaning but worth it.
-
Step 6
Take any unwanted clothing to the thrift store.
-
Step 7
Find any gift cards you have lying around. If they're to restaurants, hold on to them. If they're to something pointless like Nordstrom, sell them on Craigslist.
-
Step 8
Wake up at the crack of dawn and buy concert tickets. Scalp them later.
