Discuss the type of assisted living facility a senior might want to live in; get in touch with an attorney specializing in elderly care and law---if the senior is not capable of making his own decisions regarding the issue---to determine what you can do in terms of setting up assisted living services.

Visit the seniors once at the facility to ensure they are getting adequate care and all of their needs are being met. Assess the room conditions, the grounds of the facility and talk to the seniors to determine their satisfaction.
Some living assistance facilities might not conduct background checks on employees to determine if such individuals can be completely trusted. You will want to work with a facility that is willing to check out their employees before hiring them to ensure the safety of the seniors during their stay at the facility.
