How to Relieve Swollen Gums From a Sinus Infection

The sinuses and the upper teeth are connected through the maxillary sinuses. If the upper gums become infected due to periodontal disease or bacterial infection, it may cause the gums to swell and develop into a sinus infection. The sinus toothache usually causes pain in the upper back teeth and gums. This can lead to gum swelling, facial swelling and headache. The pain can be alleviated with the right treatment.
