How to Make Tables With a One Pixel Border in Dreamweaver

Many Dreamweaver users might run into problems with borders above one pixel. But you can easily make a 1-pixel border in Dreamweaver by following merely a few steps. To make things simple, let's start with a blank slate.

      Create a new document. When the program opens, go to the "Create New" menu to start with a new document.

      Click on "Page Properties" and change your background to white (or #FFFFFF). Press "Apply" and then "Okay" to make sure the change goes through.

      Click "Insert" and then select "Table."

      In the "Border" thickness box, put in the numerical value of 1.

      Input other values. Depending on the box you want, change other needed values like rows, columns, table width, cell padding and cell spacing as desired. Press "Okay" when you are finished. Now you have a table with a 1-pixel border.
