    Take notes. Your head is going to be filled with new information related to healthy eating and working out. If you want to continue a healthy and fit lifestyle after camp, be sure to take notes on nutrition information and workout programs.

  5. Step 5

    Apply what you learn. Once you have finished weight loss boot camp, be sure to apply what you've learned and incorporate it into your everyday life. Continue to workout regularly and eat healthy foods and your weight loss boot camp participation will easily be a success.
