Eat a healthy low fat and low calorie smoothie with active yogurt cultures to detox and loose weight. And, you'll enjoy it too! This smoothie is mostly milk-free, for people who are moderately lactose intolerant.
I have this smoothie for breakfast on days when I feel sluggish, tired, blah or having a tremulous digestive system. It is a feel-good meal that will leave you feeling fresh and motivated. The active yogurt cultures help maintain good digestive health.

The smoothie by itself has about 150 Calories, with granola about 220.
Make sure you put your smoothie on a coaster, rinse out your blender, and put all your other crap away so that your spouse/roommate doesn't get mad. Household stress is not good for detoxing and weight loss.
