Step 2

You must be in Shattrath City in order to purchase the “Ebon Shadowbag” tailoring recipe. Once you arrive in the city, you must visit the “Lower City”.
Step 3

As you navigate through the “Lower City”, you will want to locate a male character that specializes as a vendor for Tailoring by the name of “Andrion Darkspinner”. Simply browse the goods that he has listed and choose the recipe for the “Ebon Shadowbag” and then make your purchase.
