- Scale
- Weight loss smoothies
- Elliptical or Gym Membership (optional)

Step 1
Write down your weight loss goal and put it where you can see it. Post a picture of what you want to look like on it. Look at it everyday for motivation. It will help you!

Drink 2 slim fasts everyday, replacing 2 meals. You can find a Slim Fast Plan for you under "Resources".

For your other meal, only eat lean meat such as chicken or turkey breast, boiled or baken. You can eat as many vegetables as you wish with your meal. Avoid bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and other starchy foods.

Cardio can be using the elliptical machine, jogging, power walking, lap swimming, stair climbing or anything that will keep your target heart rate for 30 minutes.

Weigh yourself on every Monday morning, in the nude. Document your weight to keep you motivated.

Keep a journal or blog about your weight loss. Tell everyone you know that you plan to lose 50 pounds in 4 months.
