  1. Step 1

    To be able to run a videoconferencing you will need the software to do it. In the market there are more than dozen of companies competing to get you as their customer. They offer affordable plans and you can try before you buy it.

  2. Step 2

    After you download any videoconferencing software it is time to test it before you do it for real. Setup your webcam and microphone to work properly with the software.

  3. Step 3

    Start the meeting and send the link or invite some friends or family to participate, so you can test it before hand.
    Take note of every problem you might have in the test meeting and fix it.

  4. Step 4

    After some tests you will be a lot more confident and ready to present your material to customer or business people.
    Even though you did some tests you should do the first meeting to a small group of people to see how you feel.
