Creating a PPC Campaign Ad looks very easy this days, but in order to make your Ad successful you will need to know some key things, and also need to do some research.

In order to be able to start a keyword research make sure
that you already decided and did an analysis on what profitable
topic you will be using for your PPC Campaign.

Make sure that to find your profitable topic, check the topics Pricing, Popularity and the Competition.

Once you have your topic you will be able to check and judge the profitability.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Use Keywords Tools (databases) - use different keyword tools to check if the keywords are popular. You can use the Keyword Selector Tool from Yahoo, or the Google Keywords Tool. I personally use the KeywordElite from Brad Callen makes things so much easier and faster.

  2. Step 2

Copy the Top 10-20 Keywords - save a copy of the top 10-20 keywords on each search term and save it on a text file.

  3. Step 3

Check the Bid Price on the Keyword - You can use the Yahoo Bid Tool or the Google Adwords Tool I would recommend to use the Google Adwords one, there is a traffic estimator tool on your google account.
This tool will give you the information that you need.

  4. Step 4

Keywords on SubTopics - Make sure to research on keywords sub topics. This are mostly profitable keywords because customers usually type the actual keyword that they need and not the general keywords.
