Tired of seeing the commercials for whitening teeth? Don’t want to buy expensive whitening products? We all hate seeing expensive products on the shelves at stores just to brighten your smile. When you know the products should be affordable for the average person to save them a trip to the dentist. Your teeth are not a leisure it is your daily hygiene. Here is an easy and cheap way to whiten your teeth.

Things You'll Need:

  • Tooth brush
  • Tooth paste
  • Peroxide
  • Dental Floss
  1. Step 1

    First, Use your tooth brush and tooth paste. Squeeze some paste onto your tooth brush. Clean your mouth out thoroughly. By brushing your teeth, tongue, and even lightly brushing your gums. Rinse and gargle with water. Take the dental floss and floss you teeth. Make sure you check for cavities. It will save you suffering from a rotten tooth.

  2. Step 2

    Next, gargle and rinse your mouth out with peroxide. Spit the excess from your mouth. Afterward your mouth should foam a little from the peroxide. Use your tooth brush to polish the foam on your teeth. Rinse your mouth out with water.

  3. Step 3

    Later, Brush your teeth again. Now just brush your teeth not you whole mouth. Also scrub your tongue this will get that nasty peroxide taste out of your mouth. Also have your breath smelling like your brand of tooth paste.

  4. Step 4

    Finally Rinse and gargle with water and spit out the excess. Now check out your brighten smile in a mirror. You have just brightened your smile without buy any outrageous whitening products.
