How to Draw Skinny Leg Jeans
Skinny jeans became a hot commodity in the fashion world during the late 2000s, especially during 2008 and 2009 when they reached their ultimate popularity. These curve-hugging pants were seen everywhere--on television, fashion runways and even in drawings. Whether or not their popularity lasts, skinny-leg jeans are fairly easy to draw--all you need to do is follow your character's curves.

Add embellishments to the leg portion of the jeans. Along the sides, add the outer seams, which consist of a small, curving bar in the drawing. Also add the inside seams if they are shown. The inside seams consist of a thin line. Add the ankle seams/cuffs. You can make the cuffs as wide or as narrow as you choose.

Draw in the folds off your jeans. With folds, less is more with skinny jeans. If you add a lot of folds, the jeans look bulky. Add folds where the knees bend, near the crotch, and close to any pockets you may have added. Add some folds at the ankles, especially if the character is wearing shoes. In order to indicate indentation in the jeans, color in some dark spots.

Color and shade your character to finish off the drawing.
Tips & Warnings
Create the jeans as close to the skin as possible. The jeans should resemble leggings. Look at a pair of regular jeans on a person. Watch how a person stands and moves; this will help you when it comes time to indicate folds in the drawing's jeans.
