How to Cure Plantars Wars With Apple Cider Vinegar

Plantar warts are skin growths that are non-cancerous but are caused by the HPV, or human papilloma virus. Plantar warts are usually present on the bottoms of the feet under pressure points, like the balls of the feet and heels, although plantar warts can appear anywhere on the bottoms of the feet. One common home remedy for plantar warts is apple cider vinegar, which works to dry out the wart and sanitize it.

Instructions

    • 1

Fill a large plastic container with apple cider vinegar.

    • 3

Every day, when you get into the shower, open the apple cider vinegar container on the floor.

    • 4

When you get out of the shower, dip your infected wart in the apple cider vinegar container. Leave your foot in the container for approximately five minutes.

Continue this process daily until the warts are gone.

Tips & Warnings

  • Rubbing a paste of baking soda and water on the wart three times a day will also cure plantar warts.

  • If you experience swelling or a rash on your foot, do not use the apple cider vinegar remedy and contact your doctor for other solutions.
