Download the MP3 to RM Converter. This simple audio converter is free and converts MP3 to RM or RM to MP3. Follow the installation screens to install the MP3 to RM Converter onto your computer.

Open the converter and pull in your MP3 file. Click "Add File" under the "File" menu, browse for the MP3 and click "Open." The MP3 file will appear in the converter's main screen.

Select the RM output format. "RM" is located in the "Output Format" drop-down menu at the top right of the converter screen.

Select an output directory. Click on the button with three dots next to "Output Path," locate the folder where you would like the file to save and press "OK."

Click "Convert." The "Convert" button is located at the bottom of the MP3 to RM Converter screen. There is a progress bar just above the "Convert" button that will track the progress and when the file is converted, the status next to the file will change to "Finish." The RM file will now be available in the output directory you selected.
