      Click the "Browse" button at the top of the screen. It is the button by the field for "Input File Name." This is how you add the VRO files that you want to convert.

      Click on the "To MPEG" button. It is located on the toolbar and it sets your output file type as MPEG.

      Decide where you want the converted MPEG files to go on your computer. Click "Browse" by the field for "Output File Name" to make this selection.

      Start the conversion process. Do this by clicking "Convert Now" and watching the progress bar fill as the files convert. When your VRO to MPEG conversion is complete you will get a pop up to let you know. Click on the "OK" button and you can use the new MPEG files.
