How to Reduce Breast Size Through Exercise
Surgery is an option for women who want to reduce the size of their breasts, but it comes with some risks and side effects. Incorporating some key exercises into your daily routine is a much safer way to go.

1
Run for it. Breasts are fatty tissue, so try cardio to burn calories. This causes weight loss throughout the whole body. Examples of exercises include running, biking, stair stepping, swimming and rowing. Perform cardio three times a week for 45 to 60 minutes.
-
2
Do push-ups. Come into a plank position with your hands right under your shoulders and your arms straight. Slowly lower yourself to the floor until you're about 4 inches above it. Push yourself back up and repeat.

Perform incline presses. Adjust a weight bench to 60 degrees and lie on it with dumbbells in your hands. Lift the dumbbells to shoulder height with your palms facing forward. Press them straight up in the air and bring them together until they are about an inch apart. Slowly lower them back down and repeat.

Do some chest flys. Adjust the bench back to flat and lie on it on your back with dumbbells in your hands. Press them straight up in the air and then slowly lower them down to your sides until your arms are about parallel to the floor. Push them back up until they are about an inch apart, and repeat.

5
Work your back. If you continually work your chest, you run the risk of developing a muscle imbalance that can cause rounded shoulders. To avoid this, do some back exercises including back rows, lat pull-downs, pullovers and rear deltoid extensions.

Tips & Warnings
When doing cardio or weight training, wear a good sports bra for better support of your breasts.
If you are not able to do conventional push-ups, start out doing them on your knees or place your hands on an elevated object such as a table or chairs.
When doing chest flys, keep your elbows slightly bent and keep this position throughout the whole exercise.
If you have never exercised before or have not worked out in a really long time, it's always a good idea to get permission from your doctor before engaging in any new routines.
