In order to quickly lose weight, you need to cut out sugar and white flour from your diet. Both of these add on extra pounds very quickly and are unnecessary sources of extra carbohydrates. Replace these with healthy, low calorie, all natural snacks. -

Water
It is very important to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day in order to quickly lose weight. Often times thirst is mistaken for hunger pangs. Our bodies are also made of mostly water so it is essential for overall health. -
Step 5
5 Meals a Day
Portion control is extremely important if you want to lose weight quickly. Eating 5 times a day will help you lose weight fast. Every day eat a sensible breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In between each of these meals have a healthy, low calorie snack. You can always consume vegetables as an in addition to your 2 low calorie snacks. Eating 5 meals a day will help you to avoid hunger pangs and overeat when you are hungry.
