Things You'll Need:

• Tweezers
• White eyeliner pencil
• Moisturizing Lotion

1. Warm up the white eyeliner by light bulb so it goes on easily and smooth.

2. Cover all the eyebrow hair you want tweezed with the white eyeliner. You can see how your eyebrows will look before tweezing.

3. If you make a mistake, wash the eyeliner off with warm water and start over.

4. Tweeze all hairs covered with white eyeliner. To tweeze, pull the skin tight and pull the hair up in a fast motion with the tweezers.
