Things You'll Need:
- 2 pounds of oven roasted turkey breast, sliced to the thickness of # 3 at the deli
- 2 jars 16 ounce jars of turkey gravy
- 1 cup water
- 1 box of stove top turkey stuffing
-
Step 1
My daughter hardly ever eats red meat and do you know how hard it is to make dinners everyday without making different things that other people like. So my husband came up with the idea of the turkey roll ups. The kids all love turkey on holidays. So he thought they would like this.

Step 2
First you will need to get out an 11 in x 13 in. baking dish add the two jars of gravy to this. You will use the one cup of water to pour in the jars and rinse out the excess gravy from the jars. You will then pour the water into the baking dish. You will then make the stove top stuffing as the directions on the box state. You will then get your turkey breast lunch meat out of the refrigerator. You will put two tablespoons of stuffing on the turkey breast and roll it tightly just as you do a wrap or soft taco. You then place each one of these in the baking dish. When I run out of stuffing I just place the rest of the turkey in the gravy. I then cover with foil and place this in the oven on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. While this is baking I make a can of corn and some instant potatoes. If you want you can make the real mashed potatoes. But I just used the instant to save time.

Step 3
All of the kids enjoyed this. There was plain turkey for those who do not like stuffing and some with stuffing for those who do. So you can please everyone. This is another one of those time saving ideas. But still very tasty.
