Throw a True Blood Party
Throw a True Blood Party

So you want to be the hottest vamps on the block? Throw an authenticate True Blood party! You will be having all the fangbangers talking about it for weeks to come.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, you need invitations. You can download printable invitations at the following address: http://truebloodwiki.hbo.com/page/True+Blood+Party+Invites. Think how envious your friends will be when they get these in the mail?

  2. Step 2

Now that the day has come you have to get you house ready. You can get red light bulbs at Walmart or pretty much any grochery store. Or, if you able, turn the lights down so it seems pretty sultry.

  3. Step 3

As for heating and cooling, I would make it pretty cold, think morgues. Even though we all know vamprires don't get hot or cold, duh. You can also go to the dollar store and get iron on letters and cheap large t-shirts. Iron the letters on the shirts so they say "Team Bill" or "Team Eric".

  4. Step 4

Get the red food dye out. Make all your munchies red, like popcorn, and cheese and crackers. Also, you can make your punch red. You can buy or make your own bottles that say "True Blood" on it.

  5. Step 5

For the girls, you can wear Merlotte's shirts. I bought my own off of Cafepress.com. But you could likely go to Michael's and make your own.

  6. Step 6

You could buy the first series and have the party whenever you want. Or you can watch in on HBO starting June 14.
