Now if you want to customize the slide click on the Design button at the top and you should see different slide themes. If you wave your mouse over the themes you can see a preview of how it will look on your slide Click on the theme you prefer and your title slide should change.

  3. Step 3

If you want your title and subtitle to be centered, off to one side, bigger, smaller, a different color, or a different font simply click on your title or subtitle then the home button at the top left. There should then be six boxes under the home button. Highlight the title or subtitle. To change the font, the color, and the size use the Font box and to change the position of the text use the Paragraph box. Use this for all slides to change the text.

  4. Step 4

To create another slide go to the Slides box in Home and find the New Slide button which should have a down arrow next to it. Click on the down arrow and choose which type of slide you would like next. If you would like to insert a picture from your computer, clip art, a table, a media clip, a chart, or a SmartArt Graphic(lets you organize information in different ways) then click on a slide which includes six different icons. Once you have your new slide browse the different icons and click on the one you want in your slide.

  5. Step 5
