Things You'll Need:
- 1 loaf soughdough bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 2-3 green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 fresh garlic cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

cut sourdoughCut your sourdough bread into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices. Cutting the sourdough loaf on the bias will yield larger slices.

Slightly toast bread 7 - 8 minutes.

combine ingredients to make cheese mixtureTo make your cheese mixture, combine butter, Monterey jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and combine.

use garlicboss to rub garlic on breadWhile bread is warm, use a garlicboss to rub both sides of bread with garlic clove.

spread cheese mixtureSpread a generous amount of cheese mixture on each slice of bread.

Place bread back in your oven and slightly toast it again. It is important not to over toast your bread. Cheesy garlic toast may be served warm or at room temperature.
