Things You'll Need:

  • 1 loaf soughdough bread
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 2-3 green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 fresh garlic cloves
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cut your sourdough bread into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices. Cutting the sourdough loaf on the bias will yield larger slices.
