Many people walk around for years unaware that their bodies are being compromised by parasites. Out of 1,000 parasites that can infect humans, there are only tests to detect about 40 of them. It is up to you to be aware of possible symptoms and address them. Did you know that universal allergies are caused by parasites? Your eczema, dermatitis or asthma could be cause by parasites? So, how do we get rid of intestinal parasites?

  • Black Walnut Hulls
  • Wormwood
  • Cloves
  1. Step 1

    Fiber: One of the first lines of defense for ridding ourselves of intestinal parasites. Fiber stimulates colon peristalsis and speeds the elimination of toxins and potential parasites out of the body. Flax and flax seed is an excellent for of fiber.

  2. Step 2

    Herbs: There are certain herbs that are effective in the treatment of intestinal parasites. They are garlic, wormwood, rosemary, marshmallow, thyme, black walnut.

  3. Step 3

    Parasite colon cleanse: Parasite colon cleanses are an easy way to treat intestinal parasites as they include a combination of the above mentioned herbs into one easy package.

  4. Step 4

    Prevention: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The best way to prevent intestinal parasites is, eating a high fiber diet and frequently washing your hands will do a lot to help prevent parasite infection in the first place.
