Things You'll Need:
- your TIME
-
Step 1
If you are blessed to have parents or older relatives/friends in your life, it would be a blessing to do something little for them here or there. Let them know that you care or that you are thinking of them by doing small stuff or spending a little TIME with them. Enjoy them while they are still on this earth.
-
Step 2
DINNER
Take them dinner. Make a little extra when you are cooking dinner or pick up their favorite meal. -
Step 3
CALL THEM
Pick up that wonderful piece of technology called the "telephone". On days that you are working and to busy to stop by, just give them a call to say hi and see how they are doing. -
Step 4
VISIT
Spend time with your loved one. Help them pass the day away. Being at home all day can get depressing at times. If you drop by, you will be the highlight of their day. -
Step 5
SHORT TRIP
Take them out on the town. Out to dinner, a museum, heck take them to the zoo. Just get them out in that fresh air. Let the sun hit their face and breathe in that wonderful fresh air. -
Step 6
PRETTY THINGS
Plant some pretty perennials in their front yard or bring something bright and cheery into their home.
