Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • dumbbells

  • Lat pulldown machine
  1. Step 1

Start with 3 sets of Incline dumbbell curls. 6-12 reps (you choose) maybe one tubing set before the 3 working sets to warm up.

  2. Step 2

Hammer curls to build up the brachailis under the biceps to build peak. 2 sets of 6 slow reps, really feel each rep and hold tight at the top for a two second count.

  3. Step 3

Spider curls to build the peak 2 sets of 6 reps plus 4 half reps at the bottom each set.

This can be alternated with overhead lat machine curls if you want to.

The goal is to build massive peaks like robby robinson had with a split showing off the peak, the biceps are made up of 2 heads one representing the bulk of the mass and the other allowing for a peak.
