Things You'll Need:
- Tortilla large size is best
- sauce of your choice, I use a spaghetti sauce it has more good stuff in it.
- Pizza cheese and toppings
- perforated pan, this is important it will allow the crust to get crisp and not burn
-
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
place the tortilla on your perforated pan, I like the perforated pizza pan because it allows the crust to become very crisp. -
Step 2
spoon on sauce and spread out evenly, do not put on too thick or the pizza will not get crispy.
-
Step 3
spread a good amount of cheese over the top, not too much or the pizza will not cook evenly. Make sure to not get cheese on the pan, this will burn and stick to your pan, remember this is supposed to be an easy meal!
-
Step 4
add your favorite toppings, my kids love peperoni but you can use any regular pizza toppings, the creations are endless.
-
Step 5
cook until the crust begins to curl just a little and the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden. this usually takes 6 to 10 minutes be careful and keep an eye on the first few until you get the hang of how they cook in your oven.
-
Step 6
remove from oven place on a paper plate cut and serve. We have these at least once a week, my kids love them and so do I, quick easy and simple to clean up. Oh and they a very cheap to make as well, and much better than the frozen kind you buy at the store, you control the toppings and know what is in them.
