Things You'll Need:
- 1 ciabatta demi loaf
- 1-3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5-7 sage leaves
- 1/4 pound prosciutto cut paper thin slices
- 6 ounces mozzarella
- salt
- pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

cutting breadCut bread into 1/4 slices or smaller. Smaller slices will yield more servings and will not effect the final taste.

Toast bread 8 minutes. Do not over toast bread.

using garlicbossUse a garlicboss to rub garlic clove on both sides of the warm toasted bread.

sage butterMelt butter and sage leaves until golden brown. Butter can burn quickly so watch the browning process close. Season your sage butter sauce with salt and fresh ground pepper.

cutting mozzarellaCut mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices.

topping crostiniTop bread with prosciutto and mozzarella.

Toast bread another 8 minutes until mozzarella melts over bread.

Drizzle sage butter on top of melted mozzarella and serve. This may be eaten warm or at room temperature.
