How to Learn to Let Go
Learning to let go of unwanted stress, pain or baggage is essential in having and maintaining any good relationship with a spouse, sibling, friend, and or relative. Unwanted problems not only eat at your well being, they also manifest themselves onto other situations. Which in the end, can cause a strain in your life
and a series of health issues. We all have the ability to let go and live freely.

- be willing to confront the issues at hand
- accepting responsibility for actions taken (good or bad)
- being able to accept constructive criticism
- applying yourself to new ideas and ways of doing things

We must always address issues that cause stress and pain. Admitting to yourself that there is a problem is the first step in letting go. Do not dwell on things.

Confront the person or persons with which you are having problems. Discuss in a civilized manner the issues and come up with ideas to clear up past problems. Communicate with each other, it's important that you do.

If the situation is that the individuals are longer with us, sit and write a letter to this person. Address all issues at hand, after you are finished read it and throw it away. Its a release that feels good because you have addressed the problem. (trust me this works)

Empower yourself to let go and release from your life what is keeping you from being able to move in a positive direction.
