How to Get 1040EZ Federal Tax Forms
The 1040EZ federal tax form takes only a few minutes to complete. You may file your taxes with this form if you are single or married filing jointly, you are not claiming dependents, you have no adjusted income to claim and you are younger than 65 and not blind at the end of the filing year. If you are married filing jointly, your spouse must also be younger than 65 and not blind at the end of the filing year.

How to Get 1040EZ Federal Tax Forms

Log on to the Internal Revenue website at irs.gov. Locate the "Forms and Publications" button on the top of the left-hand column of the website. Click on the "Forms and Publications" bar.

Locate the heading in the top, center column of the page that says "download forms and publications by," then find the link underneath that heading that says "form and instruction number (PDF)." Click on the link.

Scroll through the product numbers until you locate the title "Form 1040-EZ". Click on the link to load the 1040EZ filing form.

Click on the blue floppy disk icon at the top left of the icon bar of the 1040EZ tax form to save a copy of the form. This will come in handy if you mess up while filling out your form or need an extra copy.

Click on the printer icon at the top left of your icon bar, next to the blue floppy disk, to print a copy of the 1040EZ federal tax form directly from the website.
