How to Create a Double Strand Bracelet With Crystal Accents

Things You'll Need

• Hemostats (2 pair)
• Scissors
• Tiger tail
• Crimp beads
• Seed beads of various colors
• 4mm or 6mm Swaroski crystal beads
• Heart shaped toggle clasp

Instructions

1. 

   I started by cutting about 20 inches of the tiger tail which I than folded in half to start the bracelet. I threaded one side of the tiger tail till the heart part of the heart toggle was in the middle. I than secured it there by threading both strands of the tiger tail thru a crimp bead. I than took crimp pliers and used it to crimp the bead right next to the heart toggle piece.

   Next you will string approximately 20-25 of your beads on EACH of the strands of tiger tail. Than you will slide the Swarovski crystal onto BOTH strands of the tiger tail.

   You can use hemostats to keep the beads from falling off of one side while you string the beads on the other strand.

3. 

   You will repeat step #2 until you have reached the desired bracelet length.

   When you reach the end of the bracelet you will put a crimp bead BEFORE your last Swarovski and also AFTER the last Swarovski crystal bead, thread both of the double strands thru the Bar part of the toggle clasp.

   You will pull both strand thru the crimp bead than thru the Last Swarovski crystal bead and lastly thru the other crimp bead. Crimp both crimp beads and cut the remaining tiger tail with sharp scissors or I use a baby nail clippers.

Tips & Warnings

• Use baby nail clippers to get into tight spaces to clip the extra tiger tail off of your bracelet.
