The whole world was shocked when Kris Allen was named the American Idol of 2009. Even if you were a Kris Allen fan, I bet you were still somewhat shocked that Adam lost. Here is a step by step guide to coping with Adam Lambert's loss to help you move on and enjoy your life.

  1. Step 1

    Take a deep breath. Anytime you start to feel sad about the fact that Adam Lambert did not win, just breathe. Breathing will help to relax you and get rid of those angry feelings.

  2. Step 2

    Cry. It is perfectly okay and natural to cry. Go ahead and let some tears fall. Adam Lambert's loss is a difficult thing to deal with. Crying will help you release some of the pain you have been feeling.

  3. Step 3

    Watch YouTube videos of Adam's performances to remind you of the good times. Watch how humble he was and how thankful he was to be on the show.

  4. Step 4
