- silica sand
- hoses
- breeze bands
- gaskets

- pool sand filter

Step 1
First we will start with getting all the tool and supplies we have listed and get a small level spot big enough to set the sand filter on.Place a flat patio or stepping stone down so the filter doe's not sink into the ground.There should be a inlet and outlet template on the pool labeled or on the directions if not you'll have to make them with a rotozip making sure the template's you made line up.

Step 2
If your pool is aluminum you'll have to sand down any burs around the hole.Now grab the plastic connectors and gasket's and allign them to be tightened.Now your skimmer and hoses need tightened.Take your silica sand and fill to the line marked inside the sand filter container.Put the top of sand filter on and tighten snug.Attach remaining hose.

Step 3
Now we need to fill the pool level back up to the skimmer half way.Make sure before you plug in your skimmer your outsde plug is (GFI)gound falt circuit interrupter if not youll have to get one installed or risk electric shock.Once you plug in the sand filter and its running properly unplug it.On top of the filter is a dial turn it to backflush and plug it back in water should come out of the back flush outlet.Then set it back and your ready to pump clean water.
