  1. Step 1

    Peel a fresh garlic clove or use a fresh ready-peeled garlic clove.

  2. Step 2

    Place the peeled garlic clove on a cutting board.

    Holding your garlicBOSS by its handle, press your garlicBOSS firmly onto the garlic clove to attach the garlic clove underneath your garlicBOSS.
