How to Make White Oil

Things You'll Need

• 1 cup vegetable oil or mineral oil
• 1 1/2 cups of water
• 2 teaspoons of dish soap or other detergent (Murphy's Oil Soap works well)

Instructions

3. Add the water.

4. Blend until it comes together into an emulsion.
