How to Recover Deleted Emails From Outlook's PST

Microsoft Outlook 2003 stores emails in a data file called a Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders file. The extension for these type of data files is .pst, and they are often referred to simply as PST files. When you delete an email message from Outlook 2003, the message is not immediately erased. Instead, the email is moved to a folder in the Outlook 2003 PST filed called "Deleted Items." Therefore, you can recover deleted emails from Outlook's PST.
