How to Apply Online at Stop & Shop
Stop & Shop employs more than 59,000 people in more than 375 stores throughout New England, New York and New Jersey. The grocery store chain includes a pharmacy, in addition to groceries. There is also an online operation called Peapod. The company offers several opportunities, including sales and management, but it is difficult to find the online employment application on Stop & Shop's website. However, the application process is easy to complete online with a little help.

Visit the "Apply Online" page on Stop & Shop's website. This link will take you to Stop & Shop's online application. Click one of the two links in the middle of the website to choose the application language. It is available in English or Spanish.

Click "Next" to move past the instructional pages. Once you are to the page "Please select the type of location you would like to apply to," select either "Grocery Store" or "Distribution Center" from the drop-down menu and click "Next."
Select the state where you want to work from the drop-down menu and click "Next" when you are finished. Select the city where you want to work from the drop-down menu and click "Next" when you are finished.

Fill in your personal information and employment information on the following pages. Click "Next" when you have finished entering the information and want to move on to the next page. If you are unable to successfully submit your application online, use the "Stop & Shop paper application." Once your application is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email from Stop & Shop.
