Things You'll Need:
- Background material
- Ruler
- Stickers
- Tweezers

Step 1
In a scenic art piece, it is important to have perspective. You should buy stickers that will work close up and in the distance in the scene. For example, a farm scene can have a red barn in the center area. A fence near the front can be depicted in a larger-sized sticker, and a fence running behind the barn area must be smaller to maintain perspective.
-
Step 2
Plan the scene you wish to make and arrange the stickers on your work surface. Unless you have repositionable stickers, you have one chance to place them on your art piece.
-
Step 3
On your card, piece of paper or scrapbook page, lightly draw a horizon line. The horizon can be one-third or one-half of the way from the top of the paper.
-
Step 4
Place tiny stickers for the background just below or above the horizon line. For example, if you have trees in your scene, the smallest trees will go in the background. Tiny bird stickers can go into the background, giving a perspective that they are far away. You can use tweezers to hold the stickers as you place them.
-
Step 5
Place the center area stickers onto the scene. A building, a water source such as a lake or green grass can be set into the center of the picture. Some stickers may partially overlap background stickers.
-
Step 6
Complete your scene by adding stickers to the foreground. You can add flower blossom heads to a tuft of grass, butterflies hovering in the air and small animal stickers to give character to the scene. If you have a lake or ocean scene, add cattails, stones on the shore and tiny flowers at the front of the water.
